June 2018 – Current
Senior Software Engineer
Simflofy, Inc.
I currently work for Simflofy, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. My duties are broad, but I typically work on product development of the back end systems.
– Lead Engineer for infrastructure redesign of product.
– Sole Docker/Kubernetes Engineer for the product.
– Creator and maintainer of multiple Migration Connectors to multiple systems (such as: Alfresco, Jira, Kafka, Zendesk, and more) for the product.
– Provider of AWS system support to maintain internal/external systems for the company.
July 2015 – June 2018
Software Engineer
Fika Technologies, Inc.
I worked as a consultant Software Engineer for multiple clients on multiple projects. Mostly doing development with some other duties as well. We were acquired by Simflofy, Inc. in June 2018.
Some Projects and Roles from during that time:
Lead Engineer/Architect – Alfresco/Moodle Sync:
I worked with an internationally located team to design a solution that would facilitate synchronous activity between client’s Alfresco and Moodle systems.
Software Engineer – Full Stack Engineer:
I provided Full Stack Engineering support to a publisher, customizing their Alfresco system to suit the business’s needs, and perform upgrades as well. I administered and troubleshot as needed. Performed migration of applications from internal servers to Kubernetes and Docker Environments.
Software Engineer – Proof of Concept/Turned Full Project:
Worked with client to provide a custom proof of concept Alfresco solution. Afterwards client requested I be the engineer in the full project implementation and deployment of solution.
